The Educational Support for High School Youth Program assists high school students who are struggling academically. The program focuses on student's academic goals maintaining a service plan to ensure they are on track of achieving their goals. In order to help them achieve this goal, the program provides participants with homework help, tutoring, interactive videos/questions from Khan Academy, and individual/group counseling. Additionally, throughout the week, participants take part in a wide variety of project based learning activities which include: Sports Journalism, Video Game Club, Science Club, Mock Trial Preparation and many more. Furthermore, participants are encouraged to develop employment skills. This is accomplished through internships, and Career Exploration and Work Readiness Workshops. In the efforts of motivating participants to do better in school and to continue to attend the program to receive services, they are provided with an incentive.

The Learn and Earn Program is an after-school program designed for youth ages 14-21, who are currently enrolled in the 11th and 12th grade. The overall goal is to encourage and support youth through the graduation process. In doing so, the Learn and Earn Program helps participants make a connection between education and a successful career, encourages them to pursue post-secondary education or training, fosters a positive relationship with adults and peers, and also provides an engaging paid/unpaid work experience that will expose our young people to a successful career. This is achieved through the provision of services such as tutoring, individual/group counseling, adult mentoring, leadership development, financial literacy, entrepreneurial skills training, support services, Life Skills Workshops, higher education and career exploration, Regents prep., follow-up services, incentives and guaranteed summer employment through our Paid Summer Internship program.
